Welcome to Trails Edge Cabin, a spacious five-bedroom retreat located just minutes from Hocking Hills and only one-half mile from Palmerosa Campground. Whether you're planning a horseback riding trip, a family vacation, or a weekend exploring the caves and trails, Trails Edge offers plenty of room to relax and unwind. Sleeping Arrangements Trails Edge comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and features: 1 king bed 2 queen beds 2 full beds 2 full bathrooms The base rate includes up to six guests. Additional guests may be added for an additional fee. Cabin Amenities Guests will enjoy: High-speed internet and Wi-Fi Smart TVs throughout the cabin DVD player Fully equipped kitchen with basic cookware Linens and towels Starter supplies for your first night Indoor game room Outdoor fire pit and seating areas Selfie wall for memorable photos Please note that Trails Edge does not have a hot tub. Housekeeping and linen services are not provided during your stay. Horse-Friendly Accommodations Trails Edge is one of the closest vacation rentals to the Red Bridle Trail system in Hocking Hills. The trail entrance is located approximately 500 feet from the property, making it an excellent choice for horseback riders. The property includes: Eight horse stalls inside the barn Large pasture area Feeding area Trailer parking near the second entrance Horse accommodations are not included in the base rate. Horse fee: $20 per horse, per night. Please add the correct number of horses when making your reservation. Barn access codes are only provided for reservations that include horses. Guests are responsible for cleaning stalls and the barn after use. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the barn or stalls are left unclean. Important Information Pets are not permitted inside the cabin. Pets are welcome at Palmerosa Campground and may remain outdoors or in the barn area. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of pets is found inside the cabin. Please keep all driveways clear, as portions of the property are used daily. Security cameras monitor the exterior exits of the house and barn. Parking for trailers is available near the pasture entrance. Damage Deposit A refundable damage deposit of $200 is required for all reservations. The deposit will be returned within 14 days of departure, provided no damage has occurred. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Things to Know Before You Arrive Trails Edge is located approximately: 0.5 miles from Palmerosa Campground 8 miles from Old Man's Cave Minutes from hiking trails, waterfalls, and the Hocking Hills cave system Please understand that weather conditions, internet outages, wildlife, insects, and trail conditions are beyond our control. Refunds are not provided for circumstances outside of our control, but we encourage guests to contact us immediately if any issues arise during their stay. All reservations require a minimum stay of two nights. If you are bringing horses, there are stalls available for an additional charge per horse per night. **Stalls are NOT included in the cabin rental** We allocate 4 stalls for this cabin. Please select up to 4 horses when booking this cabin. Stalls are located near the cabin. ** Due to several guests disregarding our pet policy, we are NO longer allowing pets inside the cabins. We love our pets too; however, some guests let them destroy the inside of the cabins** A fee of $250.00 will be added to the rental if evidence of pets are found in the cabins. Pets are welcome at the campground, however, please don't bring them into the cabins. All cabins are a 2-night minimum stay.

We suggest bringing drinking water as to this cabin is on a well and some guests do not prefer to drink well water. Although it is EPA approved for drinking. If you are bringing horses, there are stalls available for an additional charge per horse per night. **Stalls not included in cabin rental. We allocate 2 stalls to the cabin. Stalls are located near the cabin. When booking this cabin, please update the number of horses to unsure you will get your stalls. ** Due to several guests disregarding our pet policy, we are NO longer allowing pets inside the cabins.
